CDON appoints Thomas Pehrsson as Chief Financial Officer

CDON AB ("CDON") appoints Thomas Pehrsson as permanent Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Mr. Pehrsson will assume his role on March 7, 2022. Stefan Egerstad, CDON:s interim CFO since November 1, 2021 will remain during the transitional period.

Mr. Pehrsson has an extensive background within finance and more than 20 years' experience within finance management and management consultancy. He was most recently CFO for the Nordic subsidiary of Tunstall Health Group, a global technology company within digital healthcare. Prior experiences include, among others, the companies BorgWarner, Capgemini, The Coca-Cola Company and ABB.
