Corporate governance

The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”) applies to Swedish limited companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market in Sweden, currently Nasdaq Stockholm and NGM Equity. CDON is thus not formally covered by the Code, as the Company does not intend for its shares to be admitted to trading on a regulated market. The Board has currently not chosen to apply the Code.
