Education: Fredrik Norberg has a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor degree in Finance from Gothenburg School of Economics.

Relevant experience: Fredrik is the CEO of CDON since 12 April 2023. Fredrik is also founder and CEO of Fyndiq AB. Prior to founding Fyndiq Fredrik founded and led companies within e-commerce logistics and postage optimization.

Shareholding in CDON (including closely associated parties): indirect holding of 241,370 ordinary shares in CDON through holding company aBrick AB; and direct holding of 27,146 ordinary shares in CDON and 65,502 class C shares in CDON.

Education: Master of Science degree in Management from Bayes Business School, City University of London, UK and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from Lund University School of Economics and Management, Sweden.

Relevant experience: Carl was appointed as CDON's CFO at the end of November 2023; he assumed the CFO position in January 2024. Carl has been a member of CDON Group's management team since June 2023 and was, during the period June 2023 - January 2024, CDON's Chief Commercial Officer. Carl retains the responsibility for CDON Group's commercial operations also in his current role as the CFO. He started working for CDON in April 2023 as Head of Integration and was then responsible for integration of CDON and Fyndiq. Prior to that, Carl had been working as a management consultant - specializing in strategy, organizational change and transactions - at Kearney, Alvarez & Marsal and Applied Value Group.

Relevant experience: Atra was appointed as CDON's CTO in April 2023. Prior to that, he had been working as CTO at Fyndiq AB. Atra also worked as a consultant at Netlight AB, consulting mainly as a backend engineer and architect within many different companies

Education: Kattis has a Master degree in Political science and media communication from Örebro University, Sweden.

Relevant experience: Kattis was appointed as CDON's CXO in April 2023. She most recently held the position as CXO at Fyndiq AB. Prior to that, Kattis worked at Adlibris as their Customer experience strategist, mainly focusing on transformation projects towards a personalized omnichannel customer experience.

Education: Niklas has an education in Computer Science from Stockholm University, Sweden

Relevant experience: Niklas was appointed as CDON's CPO in April 2023. He most recently held the position as CPO at Fyndiq AB (where he had been working since 2018), where his key responsibilities included strategy and execution of product initiatives and owning the product development process. Prior to that, Niklas has over 15 years of experience with product and business development in companies like Amadeus Scandinavia, International Game Technology, and Entraction AB

Relevant experience: Mark was appointed as CDON's CSO in June 2023. He most recently held the position as CSO at Fyndiq AB, since 2019. At Fyndiq, his main areas of responsibility were supply strategy, partnerships and business development. Prior to that Mark was Senior Buyer for Groupon goods in London, where he built up the largest product categories for the Nordic region.
